Lexotanil (also known as Bromazepam) side effects are usually temporary, and fade with continued treatment. Higher dosage also increases the risk of side effects. Bromazepams (marketed under several brand names, including Lectopams, Lexotans, Lexiliums, Lexaurins, Brazepams, Bromazes, and Lexotanils)[1] is a benzodiazepine derivatives drug, developed in the 1970s. It has mainly anxiolytic and at higher doses also sedative, hypnotic and skeletal muscle relaxant properties.
